Cos&Pi is a family owned and operated culinary collective comprised of brothers Casey and Kyle Wiele and Casey's wife Xochilt Perez, Director of Pastry. At Cos&Pi we realize the importance of family both at the immediate and social level, and our philosophy is to utilize the art of food to bring people together and expand our social family at the neighborhood level.
Cos&Pi is a chef driven concept bringing seasonal menus, focusing on breakfast and lunch, with bi-weekly dinner parties and events with the community. Our philosophy is to let the food speak for itself, with a focus on cooking done right, with a heavy emphasis on local seasonal ingredients.
Our culinary team has a collective 30+ years in the culinary industry, all classically trained. We welcome you to come share in this enjoyment of food as part of our family and look forward to seeing you soon.
At Cos&Pi we place an emphasis on breakfast and lunch done right. We are proud to announce our partnership with Jones Coffee as our exclusive provider for our coffee program. Cos&Pi features an exclusive in-house pastry program developed by chef Xochilt Perez.
We will also be hosting bi-weekly pairing and tasting dinners which are sure to create lasting memories. We also welcome the opportunity to plan and execute all of your private event needs.
